About Jim Patton
Jim Patton supplies independent financial services professionals with the tools they need to achieve the kind of measurable, sustainable results they've always known they had the potential to achieve.
Jim has held positions of increasing responsibility across the gamut of banks, from small community organizations to nationally-based industry leaders. In each case, Jim has helped those organizations achieve their goals by partnering with leaders and managers to improve their performance and the performance of their people.
Jim has had proven success creating world-class results. Sensing Jim's intuitive, objective approach to problem-solving, financial service professionals have called upon him to help them develop long-term solutions rather than the all-too-common short-term fix.
Jim assesses skills and then custom-designs individual development plans that address each person's work-and personality style. The result of these programs is increased leadership effectiveness at all levels.
Jim earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics with emphasis in Labor Relations from Purdue University, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and an MS in Adult Education from Indiana University. Jim also is a graduate of the US Army War College, the Army's education platform for senior leaders and is a retired Colonel in the US Army Reserve.
Jim is a member of the International Coach Federation. He serves on the faculty of the University of Phoenix, teaching in both the undergraduate and graduate business programs.
